Thanks to all of you who made with the love on the skullish Tivoli. The whole thing started off as a grand experiment, and I'm really pleased with the result - definitely, I'll be using this 'embossed' technique again. I haven't blocked her yet; while I'm tempted to skip that part because of all the punk rock 'tude she's giving off, I'll probably end up doing it so I can see how it affects the image. Anyway, here's the bad girl herself.

Yup, it's a keeper.
This is just brilliant! Way to go (and love love love the detail on the back)!

That is so cool. I LOVE the back. I could NOT pull off wearing the skull, though. I am giggling just picturing it....;-)

That. Is. Amazing.
I've been wondering how well some of the color charts I've seen would translate into knit/purl texture (much more my speed) and you have answered my musings. Authoritatively.

Holy crap. That is the coolest thing I've seen in a very long time. The back is brilliant and the curled edges are the perfect finish. Awesome!

I love it! So fun and funky. I'm not much of a skull wearing girl, but it's so cool!
Posted by: Vicki | August 08, 2005 at 03:54 PM
i can't stop looking at it either. you've really got to set up a shop with your original designs. the way you tweak other people's designs is cool enough, your own line would be amazing!
great work.
